Destination total occupancy over the next two weeks is pacing 7% behind 2023 at 45%. Blues and Brews weekend is currently tracking 3% lower than last year’s festival, with total occupancy at 69%. Average daily rate is flat at $623. Occupancy peaks on Friday and Saturday at 74%, and then drops to 66% on Sunday evening. 
 
The winter season continues to look solid, although with less growth in recent weeks. Total occupancy is currently pacing 14% ahead YOY, paid occupancy is 8% higher, and ADR 3% lower, resulting in a 4% increase in RevPAR. All months are pacing ahead of last year, with the most growth in March. December has lost traction over the past few weeks, now pacing only 6% ahead of 2023. AIR UPDATE

Consistent week-to-week bookings now have air traffic in September even to just ahead, and October now flat. Overall summer pace is up 10-12% with solid capacity and traffic gains in the shoulders. Increased local traffic on added Denver capacity likely puts tourism numbers just below the above.
