Telluride Mountain Village in Colorado's total occupancy is down by 19% YOY at 62.2% over the next two-weeks, and average daily rate (ADR) has increased by 7% at $824. A 21% decrease in group business may be contributing to the occupancy variance, as Chicago Metro Ski Council and Mayo Clinic visited during the same period in 2022.

Looking ahead to March, the busiest weeks for Spring Break in Telluride Mountain Village in Colorado are the first two weeks of the month, currently at 59% and 67% total occupancy respectively, a 16% decrease from 2022. Occupancy pace drops to 44% during the week of March 18.

Winter occupancy in Telluride Mountain Village in Colorado continues to pace 13% behind last season at 52.3%, and ADR is up by 12% at $913. December and January closed 7% lower YOY, and February and March are pacing 17% behind 2022. Telluride occupancy is 17% lower YOY, and Mountain Village occupancy is 11% behind 2022.

Summer is off to a solid start, with occupancy pacing 11% ahead of 2022, and a 4% decrease in ADR at $667.
